This week I got a huge Chinese cabbage:
Green onions, salad mix, radishes, and sweet peas (inedible pods)
Marcella also got some Uel Zing Conk to make iced coffee with:
I already made a batch of fried rice with the Chinese cabbage, peas, and green onions. I also added an orange bell pepper, mushroom, scrambled egg, and garlic. I am also planning on making power smoothies with the strawberries! And of course, more salads with the greens and radishes.
