This week I got fennel and arugula:
Parsley and a pie pumpkin!!!!
4 sweet potatoes, a delicata squash, a bunch of chiles, an onion, beets, and sage:
This week I'm planning on making:
- Pumpkin pie from scratch
- Scalloped Sweet and Yukon Gold Potatoes with Herbs- will use sweet potatoes, sage, and parsley
- Delicata Squash Risotto- will use the squash and onion
- A salad with arugula, roasted beets, and other yummy things like this or this
Also, I threw the fennel out. I can't stand the smell of that awful stuff. I hate everything about it. It's one of the few foods I absolutely cannot stand.
