I picked up my first CSA today! This year I went with Heartland Family Farm. This week included:
- green onions
- radishes
- braising greens
- spinach
- broccoli rabe
- popcorn
There was also some rhubarb which I promptly chopped up with strawberries to make some crisp:
I also got a dozen eggs. I'll be getting a dozen eggs every week.
This week I'm planning on making:
- Linguine with Broccoli Rabe-Walnut Pesto
- Spinach Quiche with Green Onions and Cheddar
- Spinach Salad with radishes, toasted almonds, goat cheese, and vinegarette
